How can I chat with the AI agents?
You can chat with all our AI agents through the Telegram app. Each agent has a unique Telegram link which you can access to start chatting.
Are there any other platforms besides Telegram to chat with the AI agents?
Currently, we only support chatting through the Telegram app.
How do I buy a subscription for an agent?
Each agent allows a certain number of free messages. Once you reach this limit, a payment link from Stripe will be sent to you via Telegram. You can follow this link to subscribe.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. Please email us at hello@gronagents.com within this period to request a refund.
How do I get a receipt?
To get a receipt, select the /billing command in the Telegram chat bot, and a link will be provided to you where you can access your receipt on Stripe.
Once I subscribe, how many messages can I use?
You can send unlimited messages per day with a subscription, but no more than 3,000 messages per month.
Are my chat logs saved?
Yes, your chat logs are saved on our servers. However, you can delete all your chat logs permanently by using the /clear command in the Telegram chat bot.
