  By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.

• Use License

  Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GronAgents grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the UI components provided by GronAgents for the development of your own software projects. You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our services or included software; attempt to extract the source code of the software; or use the components for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

• Accounts

  When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

• Modifications to Service

  The services and products of GronAgents are subject to change without prior notice. GronAgents reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

• Fees and Payments

  You agree to pay the fees associated with the purchase. Except as covered by our 7-day refund policy, all payments are non-refundable.

• Refund Policy

  We value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 7 days of your purchase. This refund does not apply to any additional services such as customization or consultation if they were provided. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund procedures and may take some time to be completed.

• Intellectual Property

  The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GronAgents and its licensors.

• Support

  GronAgents provides customer support for the UI components as detailed in our FAQs and will aim to address any issues you are experiencing with our product.

• Termination

  We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.

• Indemnification

  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GronAgents and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service.

• Limitation of Liability

  In no event shall GronAgents, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

• Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Changes

  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
